Title sequence establishing the visual and narrative identity of a crime series set in Hell's Kitchen, 1980.

Uses hand-drawn illustration and sequential mark-making to introduce characters, world, and conflict before the series begins. The Javitz Center construction grid functions as both setting and structural metaphor — a city being built under surveillance, with characters positioned in relation to it as a measure of power and constraint.
